By accessing or using Ignite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Ignite is a private members' club for adult creators and their subscribers.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction. We verify age and identity before granting access.

2. Content Protection

Every video viewed on Ignite is forensically watermarked with your account ID, IP address, and timestamp. Re-distributing, screen-recording, or sharing any content is grounds for permanent ban, civil action, and DMCA strikes.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are at our sole discretion. All billing is discreet.

4. Creator Revenue

PPV revenue goes to creators minus applicable VAT and platform fees. Subscription revenue goes to the platform to maintain and improve the service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or behaviour harmful to the community.
